Modular, versatile and intelligent design
Based on our highly engineered and versatile SIPs modular construction method, the Eden Arc range can be easily configured to provide a rich mix of room types, each finished to your choice of cladding, interior configuration and detailed specifications.
Our unique range of hospitality accommodation includes three distinctive products; the Arc, the Arbor and the Alp. Each comprise a variety of accommodation including 1 bedroom stand-alone hotel and self-catering suites, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom suites, with fully fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms.
Combined with the refined, elegant and distinctive architecture, our buildings are beautifully finished, providing extraordinary spaces inside and out, framing stunning views in luxurious comfort.
Sustainability and energy efficiency
We use environmentally kind materials, construction and assembly methods throughout our entire product range.
Our buildings are designed with low impact footings, sedum grass roofs where requested and sustainably sourced cladding options.
We can also offer optional an off-grid power supply package, including solar and battery storage where possible.
Quality assured
Built to full British Building Regulations, RIBA certified architectural detailing, and provided with a NHBC Warranty, our clever modular MMC design and build process ensures the highest quality and assured products for our clients.
All manufacturing, construction and installation work is guaranteed by Eden Arc, comprising; a 10 year design and manufacturing guarantee for the superstructure; 3 year guarantee for glazing, external doors and decking and 1 year guarantee for internal linings and trim, floor covering, internal accessories, electrical installations and appliances, and electrical and network connections.
