The Arc

The Arc is our signature product, carrying perfectly proportioned rounded corners, the essence of the Eden Arc DNA, exuding ‘cool’ style, and finished with refined high quality design detailing.

Built using our highly engineered, flexible and modular structural insulated panels (SIPs) chassis system, our Arcs can be easily configured to provide a rich mix of room types, designed and finished to meet your choice of cladding, interior layout and detailed specifications, whilst still retaining our signature Arc shape, distinctive glazing ratio and striking facia design.

Our standard Arc range comprises a variety of accommodation including the Arc 2 One bedroom deconstructed hotel rooms (38sqm and 45sqm), the Arc 3 One bedroom stand alone self-catered suites (55sqm to 63sqm), and the Arc 4 Two & Three bedroom suites, with fully fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms (81sqm to 132sqm).

The Arc 2 One bedroom suite includes generous bedroom floor space, built-in storage and a luxurious bathroom, with full-width glazing and flush thresholds, to create a seamless inside-outside back-to-nature experience.

Our nominal Arc 2 footprints comprise 38sqm and 45sqm floor plans, including an external canopy space as part of our standard design.

The Arc is finished externally in UV treated Thermawood as standard, but we also have a range of cladding options including treated cedar, larch and also specially selected composite products. The fully engineered SIPs structure has the capacity to carry a living sedum roof and / or solar panels.

The Arc 3 One Bedroom self-catering suite includes a bouble bedroom space, with built-in storage, a luxurious bathroom, and an open-plan fitted kitchen and living area, with full-width glazing and flush thresholds, to create a seamless inside-outside back-to-nature experience.

The Arc 3 footprints range from 55sqm to 69sqm floor plans, including an external canopy space as part of our standard design. The fully engineered SIPs structure has the capacity to carry a living sedum roof and / or solar panels.

The Arc is finished externally in UV treated Thermawood as standard, but we also have a range of cladding options including treated cedar, larch and also specially selected composite products.

The Arc 4 is a majestic Two or Three Bedroom self-catering suite including  bouble bedrooms, with built-in storage, a luxurious en-suite and family bathrooms, and grand open-plan fully fitted kitchen and living areas.

The Arc 4 has full-width glazing across the main bedrooms and living spaces, with flush thresholds, to create a continuous and seamless inside-outside back-to-nature experience.

Footprints range from 81sqm to 132sqm floor plans, including an external canopy space as part of our standard design. The fully engineered SIPs structure has the capacity to carry a living sedum roof and / or solar panels.

Eden Arc can build and install our standard products quickly and efficiently, finished to second fix, or to include FF&E.

We can also offer feasibility consulting services, asset management, masterplanning, design and build, and interior design services, as well as ground works and full project management.
