Our Arc Beach Series comprises 55sqm and 69sqm options – stunningly detailed one bedroom self-catering accommodation.
Installed for one of our US clients, who are looking to introduce premium self-catering and leisure real-estate accommodation across their resort portfolio, this example demonstrates our design offering prefectly with unique, eye-catching and memorable architeture, light and airy interiors with a fully glazed and open front flowing seamlessly onto a deep canopy for that back-to-nature experience. Strong, gentle and built to last.
Our structural design means our Arcs are built to withstand extreme environmental and weather conditions, with highly durable materials including floor tiles and treated cladding, helping lower repairs and maintenance demands throughout the lifespan of our Arcs. The finished building envelope creates a calm, immersive yet practical space for guests to experience.
We use environmentally kind and sustainable materials, construction and assembly methods throughout our entire product range. And with our specially designed foundations and smart chassis construction, we can locate our Arcs in almost any location with minimal environmental impact.
Considered design and finishing
Our kitchen and bathroom packages are bespoke designed and fitted to compliment our Arcs specifically, adding extra detail and touchpoints to our unique experiential solutions.
The full-width glazing elevation with a deep canopy provides plenty of natural light and combined with a covered outside space, helps to create a bright and airy interior.
Cladding and completion
Finished to exceptional levels of craftsmanship, the horizontal limewashed larch cladding strips gives a soft yet contemporary texture, with concealed doors adding to the flush elevation styling.
The Arc is designed with an integrated, externally accessible service module providing an insulated, watertight and secure space for all services (heating, hot-water and consumer unit, as well as other components for off-grid services if required).
