The Alp

The Alp is our simple and elegant pitched roof and gable-end shaped building, embracing clean lines and seamless pitched roof corners, whilst retaining all of the Eden Arc DNA and refined high quality design and detailing.

Built using our highly engineered, flexible and modular structural insulated panels (SIPs) chassis system, our Alp range can be easily configured to provide a rich mix of room types, designed and finished to meet your choice of cladding, interior layout and detailed specifications, whilst still retaining the distinctive Eden Arc lines, glazing ratio and striking facia design.

Our standard Alp range comprises a variety of accommodation including the Alp 45 – a one bedroom deconstructed hotel room (45sqm), the Alp Villa – a two bedroom unit, with fully fitted kitchen and en-suite bathrooms (76sqm) the Alp Residence – a larger two bedroom home, with fully fitted kitchen and en-suite bathrooms (117sqm).

The Alp Villa is a contemporary but compact two double bedroom unit including with built-in storage, luxurious en-suite  bathrooms and grand open-plan fully fitted kitchen and living areas.

The Villa has full-width glazing across the open-plan living space, with flush thresholds to create a continuous and seamless inside-outside back-to-nature experience.

The standard footprint is 76sqm, including an external canopy space as part of our standard design.

The Villa is finished externally in UV treated Thermawood as standard, but we also have a range of cladding options including specially selected composite products.

The Alp Residence is a generous two double bedroom house including with built-in storage, luxurious en-suite bathrooms and grand open-plan fully fitted kitchen, living and dining areas.

The Residence has full-width glazing across the open-plan living space, with flush thresholds to create a continuous and seamless inside-outside back-to-nature experience.

Eden Arc can build and install our standard products quickly and efficiently, finished to second fix, or to include FF&E.

We can also offer feasibility consulting services, asset management, masterplanning, design and build, and interior design services, as well as ground works and full project management.
