The Arbor is our contemporary and elegant square edged building, employing clean lines and right angle corners, whilst retaining all of the Eden Arc DNA and refined high quality design and detailing.
Built using our highly engineered, flexible and modular structural insulated panels (SIPs) chassis system, our Arbor range can be easily configured to provide a rich mix of room types, designed and finished to meet your choice of cladding, interior layout and detailed specifications, whilst still retaining the distinctive Eden Arc lines, glazing ratio and striking fascia design.
Our standard Arbor range comprises a variety of accommodation including the Arbor 2 One bedroom deconstructed hotel rooms (45sqm), the Arbor 3 One bedroom stand alone self-catering suites (55sqm to 63sqm), and the Arbor 4 Two & Three bedroom suites, with fully fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms (81sqm to 132sqm).
Our rapid deployment, modern methods of construction and scalable building designs can be configured to a variety of floorplans, to fit your location, site topography and accommodation requirements (1, 2, 3, 4 or more bedrooms), beyond our standard Arbor designs.
The Arbor’s lightweight chassis design and low-impact footings mean they can be placed on stilts, on slopes and even over water.
Our contemporary, distinctive Arbors are beautifully finished, providing extraordinary spaces inside and out, framing stunning views in luxurious comfort.

Our holistic approach to sustainability considers the entire lifecycle of our buildings. This includes prioritizing the use of high-quality, sustainably sourced materials and recyclable components in construction.
We focus on energy efficiency, using highly insulated panel systems (SIPs), double or triple glazing for heat retention.
Our designs are pre-engineered to accommodate the full range of modern heating and cooling solutions including solar panels, air source / ground source and geothermal options, or more traditional sources of heating.
Eden Arc buildings are designed for longevity and low maintenance, with durable cladding and roofing materials.
The Arbor Villa
The Arbor Villa is an example of a two double bedroom unit including room for built-in storage, two large en-suite bathrooms and a grand vaulted ceiling, open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas.
The Villa has full-width glazing across the open-plan living space, with flush thresholds to create a continuous and seamless inside-outside back-to-nature experience.
