The Arc can host a variety ofuses – from the ulitmate garden office or retreat, to a a kid’s den, tv room, bar and entertainment room, gym or studio.
Every Arc comes with an array of features, all high quality and specially sourced from market leading makers and suppliers, giving your Arc the perfect start. We also have an array of high quality upgrades in finsihes and details.
Finished to perfection
The Arc has full-width glazing and flush thresholds, to create a seamless inside-outside back-to-nature experience.
The spacious light-filled interiors can be finished in any colour or wall-panel system depending on use and your preferred syling.
Our stretch ceiling system provides a perfectly flat finish – this system is fast and efficient to install, avoiding any plasterboarding.
Fast, highly insulated structure
Eden Arc products are built using highly insulated structural panels. Each is expertly engineered and employs the use of modern sustainable materials throughout, aligning with low-impact and environmentally conscious construction.
Minimised energy consumption, combined with specially selected materials, our assembly and installation techniques and MEP products, our buildings have increased longevity, greater durability and are highly recyclable.
Cladding and completion
Finished to exceptional levels of craftsmanship, the horizontal timber cladding boards gives a soft yet contemporary texture, with concealed doors adding to the flush elevation styling.
You can choose from sustainably sourced Eucalyptus, Cedar or Larch cladding, supplied by specialist timber merchants Millworks, warm and durable Novabell ceramic flooring and our beautifully planted, and drought-resistant Sedum natural roof choice to provide increased insulation, a natural habitat for bees and butterflies with a variety of colours through the seasons.
